She looks like a goat but she's half cow too
That moment when you start shipping a crackship you made up out of nowhere (Hammerhead Hannigan X Clovis) and you end up seeing it work so much you give them a fanchild and draw her BEFORE drawing them. And I loved designing her.
So Chloe is only 27 but became a the godmother of her own mafia, inspiring herself from the infamous Taurus Bulba she heard from her parents and inheriting her base from her father’s who started his own little mob business after Taurus Bulba “died” in the pilot and as we can see in the Derek Blunt episode). This proves she is very intelligent and good with business and crime, but she’s actually a total egocentric proud brat, wearing only expensive brands, showing off every new expensive things she just bought and loving herself to a level that must not be healthy, and don’t you dare to tell her she is in the wrong or you would end up stuffed with bullets (worse scenario) or beaten up (best scenario) ; the only persons who can tell her she is on the wrong are her parents, and EVEN MORE her mother who has creepy calm/silent angers. She also HATES Quiverwing Quack (who is now on her early 40′s, Darkwing Duck retired long ago because of his age) with passion, throwing tantrums betraying her very coleric nature when she sees her or when she ruins her plans.
She sometimes teams up with
LadyAriaa's Tesla (show her to the world !), the new generation mix of Megavolt and Quackerjack with more powerful electricity powers than Megavolt (guess who are the parents hehehe NO MPREG LadyAriaa will explain herself) and their opposite personalities truely irritates her, Tesla is completely oblivious and keeps joking and touching her and not leaving her personal space and keeps calling her friend and keeps being intrusive, which always drives the more strict and grumpier Chloe nuts who just often yell at her she hates her (at least she hated her the first times they went duo together but she now feels friendships feelings toward her but she just will never tell it out loud)
When will people think I am making shit to this fandom and banish me because this looks and sounds stupid I am shameful ?

I absolutely LOVE her expression here! It conveys so much of her personality and I just adore that x3 I can kinda imagine that that is a "damnit Tesla not again" look which just makes me love it even more! XD I really love her design! There totally aren't enough horned animals in the Duckverse LOL

Yeah hehe at first I didn't give het any as I was hesitating between cow or goat (at first she had a cow snout) but then I went FUCK ITHE and gave the horns, and after that I thought the cow snout didn't fit so I gave her a goat's x) also she uses them as weapons like her old dad used to (I sooooo love the idea of all the villains and heroes too weak to fight so they just sit there criticizing each other XD) especially loved doing her hair, at first it was smooth then I remembered her personality and as she is often angry it must never be smooth too long XD

It's often easier just to go with one species style XD Hell Disney didn't do "mixed" kids often but when they did they always made them look like one parent or the other. ... and now I'm suddenly having weird images of Tesla loving Chloe's horns when they're covered in blood cause red is her favorite color XD God these two give me weird ideas lol.

Yeah I guess it's hard for my brain to believe there wouldn't be some sort of "speciesism" happening in a world where there were a bunch of different types of animals lol. Dogs must get it so bad cause of their non anthro counterparts! It would be so awkward to have anthro and non anthro animals in the same world XD
