Seems Isaac is enjoying the fact each time he's around his stomach seems to be larger; so why not take advantage of it and offer others to pat his rotund self? I mean, well, go for it! Pat away!
And phew! What a piece; the amount of trial and error on this was quite a fair bit, but I think this was very much worth it! Perhaps one of the best pieces I've done yet~
