I was fortunate enough to be selected by the spinner... So what better for a summer theme than a beached whale of a dragon enjoying some summer concert? Or one that drank too much water to keep cool during the Event.
I did have to clean up and edit a little, like the back paw to solve the L O N G B O I look.
