With that glitter on his eye, I feel like he's flirting with someone while asking them that question which, in my opinion, suits him better when he's asking that question. Like when a hot guy in a cartoon/anime talks to a girl and gets all pretty looking and has that hazy, lovey-dovey scene to emphasize that feeling and that's when they cue the glister in his eye. Overall, I'd say he looks pretty great.
