I've drawn Bluestar several times and never seemed to capture the image of her I've always had in my mind. This. This is it. So glad I finally did her justice. I suppose she's supposed to be a Russian blue and I'm pretty sure I've never imagined her with the traditional Russian blue traits besides the colors. XD Ah well, I don't think I'm alone based on the other designs I've seen.
This was just supposed to be a design test, but I liked it so much I added some nice effects.
