I've been having a bad art block over the weekend, but I resolved to make a new character despite. This fella muscled through. He's an ooooold species of mine from 2009. Ramiel is a prince of the Garuda. An avian dragon race. Their society is cut-throat, competitive and highly political; He's had to become as conniving as his enemies.
Ramiel loves anything he can wear and collects jewelry of every kind.

What an astoundingly beautiful and incredibly unique character! Just so much about his head and body that is so appealing in its build and features. And I love the design of all the jewelry and clothing for him as well. You've really combined a lot of elements that I really dig all into one superbly handsome royal gentleman.
