It was almost the end of the day where Silas, the business budget inspector, came to visit Big Arms Inc.
And his visit was an utter nightmare.
He checked every page of the budget and balance books, spotted every error or discrepancy, demanded a reason for it, and when Bill couldn't find one, he added a harsh comment on it.
The first times weren't too bad.
But after hours of non-stop mutterings, questions, and unpleasant comments, Bill was on the verge of absolute exploding.
ShutupShutupShutupShutupIllkillyouIllkillyouIllkill Get a grip, man!! He just closed the last book, it's finally over! Now to just bring him back outside, and then, I'll look forward to NEVER see him again!
"One last thing," said Silas.
OH COME ON!!
"Yes?" said simply Bill, gripping the last drops of calm and sanity he still had.
"Why is there a week long gap in the journal of work?"
Bill paled. He knew what week the Empoleon was talking about. The week where they had been at Lostole. The week whose events had to stay secret.
"What do you mean, a week?" he tried to play innocent.
"A week. Seven days. No trace of work at all. Your boss is lucky he's sick, because I'd have filed a complaint on his incompetence otherwise."
"What?!" asked the Mega-Swampert. "What do you mean, incompetence?! Angus is one of the most professional men ever!"
"Yeah, ditch the client for a week, how very professional," snarked the inspector.
That insult towards the Conkeldurr who he saw as his father was, for Bill, the last straw. He snapped.
"WE WERE BUSY SAVING ARCEUS' LIFE, AT THE BEHEST OF OUR CLIENT, BY THE WAY!! THAT'S PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH FOR YOU, ASSHOLE?!"
Every other Big Arms Inc. boy, who until then had watched the scene with a depressed resignation, was now staring at their comrade in horror.
Silas, on the other hand, wasn't impressed.
"Are you taking me for an idiot? I don't see how yelling, insulting me and telling a fairy tale are going to convince me."
Bill's only answer was to grab the Empoleon's arm and start dragging him.
"What the?! Let go of me!"
He tried to get out, but Bill's hand was like a vice, and he forced him to follow him to the courtyard where Arceus was chatting with Al.
"STILL THINK THAT'S A FAIRY TALE?!"
The inspector could only stammer in astonishment as the God Maker of the universe and the archeologist joined the Big Arms Inc. boys in their horrified stares.
"AND IF THAT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH, I'VE GOT ANOTHER PROOF FOR YOU!!" barked the Mega-Swampert as he called upon his power.
Forgetting, in his wrath, that he was still gripping Silas' arm.

Last night, I was acting in a similar way. In class, we had a guest speaker who kept talking near the end of class, and my classmates KEPT ASKING HIM QUESTIONS, despite the fact it was already 9:00 at NIGHT! I just wanted to leave early like we usually do, but I ended up arriving home after 10:00!
The whole time I was waiting, I fidgeted like crazy, I would glare at anyone who kept us waiting longer, and at one point, I whispered, “shut up!”
