In the first panel Zak is remarking how perfect and gorgeous Kiljaos's mane always seems to be, no matter the situation he's in. And Kiljaos on the other hand remarks how unrealistic and unconventional Zak's bangs are. XD
Their fighting is interrupted by Zofie, the vixen pirate and Zak's crewmate, who suggests Kiljaos to aid them in a quest to defeat some troublesome bandits and free the Fairy of Tasku. Also the mayor of the town with his bodyguards happens to walk by and confirm Kiljaos that it's all true. He appears to be maybe a bit silly kind of person as he confronts Kiljaos with a wall of text and then heads off, not bothering to listen to Kiljaos tell that Zak just stole something and should be taken away by the guards.
"But right now we have a common and important quest ahead, so it's better deal with Zak's sense of justice later", Sir Kiljaos thinks...
