When Genie turns Jafar into a new Genie ,he needs to give Jafar a lot of knowledge about the genie , but there is too much knowledge here that he needs to know , so Genie decided pump them into Jafar . Before he fully understood all the knowledge , the knowledge will stored in his body.He may also pump some air into his body :)
