Prosthetics can be a little finnicky sometimes, something Tai has become keenly aware of over the years of having a prosthetic arm/shoulder, alongside his wings. Even monthly calibrations can't always guarantee they'll work perfectly, as hardware failures are still a thing even in the future. At least the arm's an easy fix- if either of his ocular implants were to mess up, then things get a touch awkward!
