Depends on what specifically you want. I do chibis and full bodys, and 'mannequin' or full detail like these ones, though this one is on a base and was a custom design by an artist I have permission to work with like this.
I do own the Pollo-Chan base that this one is one as well though and can do custom designs or use that as the base if desired.

If you want full body, it's $50 for a custom base ($30 for a blank "mannequin base"), as in like a ref of your character, and then it's $15 per simple outfit and $30 per complex outfit.
