It's the character I'm playing in a tabletop RPG right now.
The System is Savage Worlds and the setting in the D.C. universe. Specifically Gotham City.
When I asked if there was a specific DC universe in mind ( Justice League Unlimited, Modern Televised setting, Batman Arkham series, Batman '66, ETC) he said that it was just a fairly generic setting that follows (more or less) the current comics line.
