It was made during a period when I was drawing out things I wanted to remember and try to apply in my life. Positive thinking, calm, mindfulness, things like that. This guy was for remembering that things always work out when you put your faith in God, and there's no reason to worry ;> I had him displayed on my personal Trello board for a while so I could remember everytime I saw him to chill out and remember The Lord's hand in my life.

On a similar note, I'm a bit of an oddity in that I have my ears pierced and got it done after my conversion, and it's along the same vein of thought. I look in the mirror and remember that I'm a Child of God, and that identity is more important to remember that just "Mormon," and I need to go where the spirit leads, and not get too caught up on what my peers may think :P

That's a nice goal: to draw positive things you'd want to remember. Figuring out how to represent those things can be tough, but it's almost always rewarding! Thanks for explaining :==8)

I find I tend to think about things very technically and literally, but you can't draw.. positivity. or.. love, or abstract concepts like that. but you can draw things that remind you of them, like this Maney, and that generally works well. Alls you need to do is make something that reminds you of what you want to remember :P If I giraffe with a shotgun helps you remember to call your mom more often.. then that works :P.
