This is a portrait of another dragon OC of mine, a dragoness named Silfandria. She stands out among her brethren in her attitude towards hominids, avoiding demonstrative displays of distrust commonly shown by dragons. A kind-hearted one since youth, her worldviews were greatly impacted when she found herself in a dire situation and recieved help from the most unexpected source - a human, who took pity on her. Ever since she maintained warm feelings towards humanoid species, learning some of their speech and refraining from hostility even when threatened by them, unless openly attacked. Those who learned of her amiable nature tend to cherish the company of the wandering dragoness, sometimes finding courage to ask her for help, which she is quite willing to give.

As my first completely digital artwork, I'm quite happy with my portrayal of the gracious golden dragoness. Aye, there is a lot of things I could have done better, but that's the point of trying. ^^
