I really wish I could do more than just give you encouraging words on a screen to try and make you feel better... But I just want to say that you aren't worthless. Your artwork makes me really happy whenever I see it. You also have a good sense of humor and when you do comedy art, it always makes me laugh. These things may seem small, but seeing your art really does help pick me up when I'm down. It probably doesn't mean much coming from someone you've had little to no interaction with, but I would absolutely care if you died. I really don't know what else to say... I only wish I could do something else to help.

It does make me happy that people enjoy my art, and it does lighten my mood every time I see everyone's lovely comments when I do submit something, but a lot of the time, all the stress that builds up from my life becomes unbearable, especially recently. It seems like the stress from my work has quadrupled in the last month, plus I'm dealing with the stress from school. I've gotten to the point that I always feel angry, I'm always on edge, and I feel like I'm braking a little more every day.

Usually, I find that It's better if you scream positive things at the mirror. because even if you end up crying while doing it, and even if you don't believe it, you might.

Or you'll have your neighbors file noise complaints against you, and your housemates look at you funny.

You're a high quality person lol ;) Can't say anything more that I didn't already cover in my private message, but stay strong dude, I believe in you! ^_^ School and work though... do you need to do both in order to achieve your dreams? Might not be worth what you're putting yourself through. Just a thought. You're in control of your own destiny :3

Unfortunately, I do need the schooling to achieve my dreams, and I need the job to pay mor my schooling, and to eat...
So, yeah, I'm pretty much stuck with both.

Hey man, you aren't worthless, you're a great dude and an awesome artist! You can get through tough times with positivity and willpower, and focusing on the good things can help you too. It may be hard to keep a "glass half full" mentality, but trying helps ^^ Remember you got people on here, including me, that believe in you and know that you have plenty of great things about you!

Yeah, I try to stay positive, but there is just way too much negativity in my life, it just gets to be too overwhelming at times

Yeah, these feelings have been coming and going for the past.... ten years? And happen a lot more often during times of high-stress.

10 years? Damn that sucks, almost around the time I've been drawing actually...

Sure you're art has always been in the sketch faze but they've always been one of my favs concept wise :3

Hehe, yeah, I used to actually do colored pics years ago, but with the way my living conditions have been, it's really hard to do much more that sketches.
I really need to get a house of my own so I might have some room to work on things. I even have a really nice drafting table for when I do finally get a place!
And perhaps I'll even be able to finally try out canvas painting again!

I haven't done much traditional myself for a while either, especially canvas stuff. Painting and me just seem to not be a combination that go together very well most of the time XD

I've only tried canvas painting once before myself, and it was a pretty pathetic attempt. But I'm hoping that perhaps now that I'm a little better with drawing, I might do better at painting too?

Possibly. Though painting is a bit different to drawing.

At the old art group I used to go to in my hometown all the people there could paint good stuff, couldn't use a pencil if their life depended on it though

Haha, that's funny! I always figured that a lot of the time you would want to sketch your painting on the canvas with a pencil before painting it, but maybe that's just me

Yeah, so did I but it turns out they all just go straight into paint, same as the ole way Bob Ross did it I guess
