If your AB (Friday pending) bid is still the highest by tomorrow night, I can fairly let you claim her! Frankly if you had been the only bidder I would have been fine calling her yours right away. But to be fair, I'll have to allow anyone else who may want to AB/pay immediately that option between now and Tuesday night.
But as of Tuesday at midnight, that will put you exactly 48 hours ahead of Friday. Which means at that point even your Friday payment would fit my 'pay within 48 hours rule'. If you're comfortable with this and still wish to keep your AB up I'm cool with it on my end.
FOLLOW-UP COMMENT:
As a courtesy I wanted to be sure I thanked you for your interest in the design! However, the other bidder did choose to AB her before she would have been set aside for you come Tuesday night. (At which point your Friday payment would have fallen within 48 hours and therefore by my rules you could have rightfully claimed her)

I responded to the AB inquiry above with my proposed offer that both still gives them the chance to AB even with a Friday payment as well as a time window for you or anyone else to AB immediately within the next day. Of course I don't want you to feel pressured to match their bid, but I definitely wanted you to know I saw these concerns and addressed them as best as I could to favor both sides while following my own rules.
