To describe Felix, He's not crazy like his younger brother, but He's more heartless though. He tries to control his brother from doing stupid things that could mess up their missions. Some say that he's even more dangerous and powerful than his younger brother. Felix doesn't mess around at all. HE MEANS BUSINESS AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO COMPLETE A MISSION, EVEN LOSING A LIMB IF HE HAS TO IN ORDER TO SUCCEED. He doesn't lose his composure ever, not even one bit, even when facing death right in his face.
