Milly decided to really delve into the mindset of Pennywise. Fearing anything to do with that awful turtle. Just wants to ruin her fun! [Even if all he REALLY wants to do is eat...]

As if anyone doesn't know. Milly was based on Pennywise when I first created her. I fell in love with clowns and him being the most iconic one in memory that struck such a cord with me. She used to have a much more clowny look but got toned down.. [MIGHT be going back to that though I miss it]

So here she is dressed up for halloween as her favorite villain.
