And now cut out.. Scythian dagger
More progress.
The scythian dagger is now cut out and ready for profile grinding.
Drilling all the holes was a good way to make it easier to use the cutoff wheels to remove the stock without so much risk of the steel binding and maybe shattering the wheel....
I could only do this because the mild steel stock was so soft and quick to drill out.
Really reduces the work of cutting out the initial shape.
