I really wish I enjoyed drawing this kind of thing more. I know folks definitely enjoy seeing it. But 90% of the time it just feels so fake and forced and I’ve just never been able to get behind things that are meant to be all about sex appeal with no other qualities. Which is probably why the NSFW stuff I DO draw is really tame, it leaves room for other things along with the (possible) sex appeal.

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys consuming or producing that kind of material, then good on you! I’m not trying to drag anybody who enjoys that, and I DO enjoy it sometimes when it’s AN aspect of the character/scenario/whatever, but when it’s The Thing and nothing else is present, I guess I just lose interest pretty heavily.

This is probably not the kind of art I’m going to draw very often on my own, but I’m glad I drew it in the end. It helped me figure out a lot of things that’d been circling in my head on the subject and I can see things a bit clearer now.
