He's in charge of the water studies branch. Water-based plants and fish that carry poison or feed off of poisonous creatures are the focus of his studies. His main study is located on a private island about ten miles from the shore in the ocean (Which ocean? Maybe I'll mention it later~).

He wears a special made wet suit made by Xylan Ricin. The water shoes he wears have special attachments that allow him to clip on and off a pair of flippers for when he gets in/out of the water. On his wrist is an emergency air flotation device, helping him quickly get to the water surface. On his leg is a diving knife for obvious reasons (Cutting ropes, maybe taking a sample of seaweed/ect).
