Just as a quick descriptor for him. This is a 'transformed' version of Kuya Luxray. After obtaining a rare relic known as the "Crown of the Sun" which is a headpiece fashioned after Solgaleo's head visor, it transforms the Luxray Mage into the Legendary Sun devouring beast itself.

Basically Kuya was supposed to be OP before, now he's just turned on God Mode. At this point, just say goodbye to the known universe as we know it, he's just going to eat it all.
