One of CTI's brightest minds, Julian Cain is responsible for the Apex Unit androids as they are today. When he joined the company Julian originally started out on the design floor, working on simple designs for individual parts alongside the research & development teams in Division One. Eventually as the Apex project moved into it's second iteration, Julian had managed to rise up the ranks and was assigned to oversee the project. He quickly switched the design from a simple robot, instead drafting up a new design of an android meant to emulate organics. Although this design would not be realized until the third version (prototype only) and then fully completed in the fourth,
Julian's designs launched CTI forward in the military world with buyers lining up to purchase the units. Because of his work the company was able to rapidly expand it's facilities and production, even further cementing it's place as the world's largest robotics company.
His dedication to the project came after a portion of CTI's R&D 2 staff were killed in an unfortunate terror attack in 2010.
At home he is a loving father, spending time with his wife and son. Unfortunately his daughter passed away many years back, and he was unable to save her with cybernetic enhancement. Such loss has further pushed him to work even higher, despite the company producing products to replace and enhance soldiers as well as creating unmanned aircraft, Julian remains dedicated to helping people, even through the creation of such things.
