I found a cute free pattern for Pikachu on DeviantArt and decided to try it. He was pretty straight-forward, though I did have to get creative when it came to his tail. He was actually the first doll I needle-felted the accents onto (eyes, thunder pouches on cheeks, nose, back stripes). I used actual wool for the needle-felting, but have since switched to felt.
