Well, here we are, an attempt at a map for the world, Neolythia is set in. I tried to put the country Neolythia is based in on a real world map, but yeah that was a bit of a pain. So, I made this, after encouragement from  KBun went with this.

To clear a few things, Kur is the offical name, being the word for 'world' or 'land' from the Sumerians (Atleast what I could gather, this is the internet, so not entirely sure if it's right), but unoffically, and in the Neolythia's stories, it more then likely will still be called Earth. Because, yes this is a fictional planet, but I also wanted to to be Earth while at the same time, not being Earth. Or simply put, an alternate version of our planet. Gives me some more freedom, while keeping things familiar.

While I don't know how much I would go into the history of this world, cause most stories will be kept to Neolythia and the country it's based in. Only thing I am almost certian on is Kur's version of France is called Floeya... might change, heh.


Other country names, I found that I don't mind from a name generator include:

Iecrua
Thaijan
Skaedan
Atresh
Ashal

Don't know what one I will use for the name for the main country setting.

Anyway, would love to hear your opinion's, does this work, and what should I name the country of Neolythia?
