Back when No Man's Sky first launched, I was thinking about getting into gaming streams and was looking for something fresh and not overplayed. I figured "What the heck, just start with a brand new game!"

I failed to consider the potential for that game just sucking all of the things. By the time I realized that 'no, this game isn't getting any better and I should stop doing this to myself,' I had already drawn out what was going to be the stream announcement picture. It wound up in a folder like the rest of the sketches I've been posting lately.

Anyway, that mining gun sure seemed like it'd have a hell of a kick.
