So yeah, I work for Priceline. And yeah, not -ALL- of the customers I have to deal with are idiots... but you only need to work the lines for a day before you start thinking up snarky comments to respond to the stupidity of the general public. Right now, it looks like I'm dealing with someone who read through the contract, but 'didn't see' something they didn't want to see, or is lying about reading the contract at all. Next thing they'll tell me is they didn't want to buy the reservation, and were just looking for a good deal. My response: You got one, 'cause you're keeping this one.

Lol I remeber having a guest trying to convince me that some drier lent was a bed bug. I had to basically hold it up to there face and pull it apart to prove other wise. Once they realised that I was not going to change there room over a piece of lint, because the room is "Not to their standerds for the 60 bucks they payed" they started getting snipy with my co worker who thankfully is more expresive then I am when it comes to bs. They did all this because they wanted to have a deffrent after they had already stayed in it for about 2 hours. Was not until ill startef to feel like puting a whole in the wall trying to reason with them about not moving them to another room because they already dirtied one that i was just like "There is a motel 6 right down the road, take your busniess their because I have the right to refuse service here. Take it or leave it!" They dicided to stay after that. A Fucking peice of lent kept me at work, 30 minutes pass checkout time...
