A little warm up drawing to get into art mood again before illustrating the asks (andmybookuuuuuughsolate)
I realized recently those 2 had a some stuff in common : not only they are voiced by Jim Cummings, they have a similar clothes style (even a purple cape of the same shade !) and, I noticed only when scanning it, a similar chin shape. How ironic as DW is a superhero and the Chancellor a villain and yet they have more in common than DW has with King All-Fire and Negaduck has with Chancellor, as they are voiced by Cummings too (I actually planned originally to draw All-Fire disguised as Darkwing Duck and Darkwing being all proud to have a fan, and Negs and the Chancellor plotting, but as said, it was less fun because the interrections would have had less common things inside of the pairs)
I had way more fun I thought I would have, I REALLY love how they came out, this is my first time drawing them, and not only I think I did convert well the Chancellor in the "50% mine 50% the game's" style I use for my fanarts of the game, but Darkwing Duck happened to be much less difficult than I thought, I had a lot of fun. Oh, except for one thing : his HAT. HIS MOTHERFUCKING HAT. IT DOESN'T LOOK SO HARD AND YET... SO I CAN DRAW DISNEY DUCKS' BEAKS BUT NOT HATS ?!!
