This was the x-ray photo that showed my dislocated left elbow after rolling over a two person off road go-kart that thankfully had a roll cage and had the seat harness on when I took a sharp turn trying to do donuts in an uneven area on our property. Thankfully someone saw me roll over and started screaming for help as I had realized my left elbow was dislocated. Was a ver scary and painful experience for me to have endured and wish to never experience again.
Also the photo is from my dad's facebook page as he took it from the hospital last night and posted it to show everyone what had happened to me.

ehehh I know the feeling! I had a surgery to my left arm for the same problem.. 4 month whitout the possibility to mose in any way my arm.. I was turning into mad!! (luckilly it didn't happen to my dominant arm or I would become crazy as hell). So now, rest and try to think about other things and evwerything will turn better soon!
Hm, no worry. Happen xP But now I'm at 95% so I'm good ^.^ (the doctors told me that I would have never comes back to the 100% 'cause the surgery touched the ligaments).
And yes, I suggest you to take it easy, little by little but daily! A little evry hour made so much more than a lot of work once every 3 days! And I suggest you to do some physiotherapy too when you'll be able to move your arm again ;D
