As most of you know, Spider, the blonde lion - is not just a fursona/persona/OC or just a design. He is part of my psychology. Part of my mind.
I have psychosis, to whom developed a face by the name, Spider. He started off as a doodle, but in time grew into something of his own creation. Since finally making peace with the fact I have this mental illness, its time I made peace with Spider. Spider is still a MASSIVE part of me, he's more than just a creation...he helps me vent out the disturbing images and ideas I have in my mind.
Yes, he has his own story, based on what I see in my head.
I've been told by Therapists and Doctors to embrace, use him as an outlet creatively for my illness.
Yes, I draw him in some pretty gnarly situations, even some question why I do it. But, its to let those twisted thoughts out. He does have a calmer side, which is timid, but on the other paw, he's insanity.
I know somehow this makes sense, but in a lot of cases, my OC's and Personas/Fursonas are actually parts of my mind and personalities.
