Meet Mizuki!!

Mizuki is a gem dragon who was in the time around when Tikal was alive and well, I always enjoyed Tikal's design so I tried to base it on Mizuki's. anyway Mizuki gets frozen in time and later gets unfrozen in the modern sonic world and tries her best to fit in, she is a carefree girl who struggles to understand her new world but does her best to fit in.

Her Gem on her chest is the source of her power, once the gem is cracked negative energy fill flood in and she will take on her anti form.
