Well, dunno why, but He came into my mind when i was working at the office, It´s just a painted scrap but i like how it came out.

He just enjoy wandering around bringing storms and rain to the Earth...
Hum... he doest have wings because is part Ethereal and part Phisic (flesh) so he can fly "cloudwalking" and also make the Thunderbolt sound when stomps. :D
