Hi! I recently graduated college and got a full time job, and as part of that full time job I am required to get a health screening once a year. I knew I was overweight, but I wasn't expecting my cholesterol to be out of whack as well. So I've decided that, after a few false starts in years past, I'm actually going to make fitness a habit that sticks. To make it official, I commissioned rehgan to draw this picture based on my before photos, and in a year's time, I'm going to want to have the best after picture possible! I've never been able to do a pull-up before in my life, so I figured this would be a fitting picture for the start of what is hopefully a lifetime of better fitness.
