That's an interesting idea, but shed skin is super fragile once it dries out and it kinda disintegrates if you try to moisturise it ( Source: my reptile house days).
If say we had an imaginary "tanning process" in this world specifically for reptile skin ( specifically shed skin not like crocodile bags or the like) she COULD keep it.
However due to the fact she lost her toes in a shedding complication, I don't think Keexie would want to keep her old skins. ( too much bad juju)
Neat idea tho.
