Wowie, my first public YCH Comic auction lol. I'm just testing the waters with this and if it goes okay, I'll continue this on occasion. If not, I'll return to only offering these on a private account lmao.

I believe I could still work in a character with a longer neck without issue. You're right in getting clarity, since the AB privileges apply more to changing areas that aren't already natural to the character before the gain, considering I imagine the long neck is already natural lol
That was pretty much my take when reading but yeah as someone who often has characters that don't always fit the norm proportions for YCHs I find it best to just ask.
