The melancholy tone of this was done just right. Not too harsh, not too soft. You can't help but be glad they got to live a full life, even if it was under less than ideal circumstances.

And that last picture had me thinking... The folks aboard the Space Station have a seat to the ultimate juxtaposition. They get to look out one window and see the immensity of the earth, its incredible complexity and power. Then they get to go to the opposite window and see the galaxy spread before them, stars crowding the sky like grains of sand on a beach, and see how utterly tiny our home really is.

Super! Our Sarasota friends kept power also and no physical damage other than tree litter.

I just got done working in the yard - thank God for wonderful neighbors! They let me do the cutting and they hauled it to the curb for me.
