There is no salvation for me.
I tried to give her the awkward, crooked gait of a Bubble Head Nurse. Over all, I wanted the whole picture to convey more of a Silent Hill feel than your typical reanimated corpse/virus type zombies. I wanted to make it clear that she wasn't bitten - this was no accident, she's paying for her sins. If you've ever played a Silent Hill game, you know what I'm getting at. If not, enjoy your zombie fox regardless.
Also, there's a reason Kito always wears green in vent art.

Silent Hill creeps me the oh-sweet-fucking-jesus out. Dx I can't play it alone or at night! The worst thing is, the AFA across the freeway has one of those weather storm warning sirens that sounds EXACTLY like the one from the game. It's freaky as hell.....
But, on to the piece. It looks AMAZING. Love the colours, love the lines, and lose the subtle shading. I think the grunge border adds a nice touch and really ties the piece together. Awesome work. (=

Yeah, but I zombie carrying a rusty crowbar is creepier than a zombie carrying a sword. A zombie carrying a sword is just weird. O_o I don't know, lol, it was crowbar, hammer, or wrench. I wanted a weapon that seemed like something you'd be able to grab immediately if you suddenly realized your family were all zombies, lol.
And the fact that she wears green in vent art is because my ex was a border collie fur and he had green spots. xP
