Grahll (My species of werewolf) can gain a good amount of control over their shapeshifting abilities, such as growing just claws or only partially Changing. Grahll who manage to live long enough to get in a good deal of practice (a rare event, sadly) can learn to use this talent expertly. This Corporate Wolf manages to change slowly, head and neck first, then on down as he manages to get out of his work clothes.
