I know that feel; just barely made it through a triple digit (Fahrenheit, obviously, or I'd be dead) heatwave this past week/weekend 3:
Despite living in the south west now, I do remember in my hometown 30°C was absolutely unbearable; I did have a pool/live very near a river/lake, though, so I'd always go swimming to survive heatwaves back then ^^
I also vividly remember those nights where sleep was impossible, though, and I'd lay in front of a box fan imagining the sweet release of death o_O

seems like you definitely need some coolness. I'd say come over here to illinois, where it was only 17 C today (63 degrees F). We normally see that 30 C (which is 86 degrees F).
