Yes... I actually drew one~ Went with the old school 'beam tip thing' and gave it a read out part on teh back where can can use the nobs and select a species and even a gender. This could also be looked at as a 'pun gun' for several reasons.
Scernario 1: Your mom is bitching, and bitching and bitching. Solution: Turn her into a 'real' bitch.
Scenario 2: Your brother is making a complete ass of himself. Solution: Turn him into a 'real' ass with the TF gun.
Scenario 3: Your friend says he's looking for a foxy lady. Solution: Turn him into a vixen (TF TG woot) or simply switch it to anthro mode and so your friend becomes an anthro vixen.
Ahem, yeah bad puns but I am a avid Transformation fan and the occasional TG. It was only a matter of time before i actually applied my gun designs with the Transformation theme.

ah but what if the terrorists or street gangs or even recreational users obtained this technology?
humanity could be wiped out with greater effectiveness than with nuclear device, due to difficulty in controlling it.

Heh, but what if they're security system utilizes wall turrets using these? Sure you'd get in get it and get out, but would you still have the thumbs to use it? Hehe, just a little thought.
I imagine the government, if they have it, uses it to get rid of people that know a little too much. Maybe they use it on thier scientists who are supposed to retire and keep them in the local zoo or a private zoo. Nothing more potent than turning a big mouthed scientist into a female lion for the local zoo so nothing leaks out, or turning intruders into various species of dogs to donate to police departments to train to be used in the police force.
