Clarice McNamara's diet went through a great many changes when she transitioned from human to Ghoul - it happens when you need to eat things that are decomposing. There were so many things she'd loved before that just became unpalatable. Imagine her surprise that yogurt wasn't one of them - needless to say, it was a relief that she wasn't entirely consigned to eating rotting meat.
