Hello!
Plushies that small typically have very, very simple color pallets. Anything more then 1-2 colors (depending on markings) must be in the 8-10"+ range due to pattern pieces being far too small to work with. There wouldn't be a price difference based on size from 6 to 10" as it's still a fair amount of work. Smaller usually actually ends up being harder ;)
