It's Moon (wolfmoon2002) rubbing Alex's, my baby 'roo's, tummy. As you can tell, Alex is very much enjoying the rub Moon is giving him. "Poor Alex, he's so cute." Moon is saying that Alex is such a cute baby. Baby Alex is saying thank you for calling me cute and rubbing my tummy.
