Autumn Plains is one of my favorite Spyro 2 levels, and I feel was the standard they looked to when making the hub worlds of Spyro 3. The only level that feels as lively as this one would probably end up being the Evening Lake, with that giant whale being a massive set piece.

Activision? Considering they've announced they want to follow the Crash N.Sane formula for more games, it only seems fitting that Spyro will follow. As alongside Crash he's one of the few Mascots to survive into the 2000's. So I'm pretty much 99% sure we'll be seeing Spyro again. Unless they start with Crash Bash and Crash Team Racing. (If they do Crash team Racing, Spyro should be an unlockable character.)
But judging by how the Spyro cheat is still useable in Crash N.Sane (It just doesn't go anywhere yet) I expect that'll be where you can find the demo for Spyro Remastered.
