A lovely side effect of my PTSD/anxiety disorder is that when my heartrate gets to a certain point (under duress or not) it triggers a panic attack. I've worked through it to the point where I no longer just pass out, but it does still kick my ass a bit.

The past few weeks I've been taking part in a HIIT class with my gym, taught by the guy who does the yoga class I've also been going to for months, Patrick. I will usually get to a point during class where I will have an attack and I need to take a minute to breathe into my towel and let the shakes wear off. Patrick is incredibly attentive and keeps me moving and helps me through.

Just wanted to doodle this little thing. It's shitty, I was playing with a brush. But hey, fun life stuff.
