The coyote's sword shimmered in his paws; it caught the early sunlight and reflected it brilliantly, while he was nothing but a dark shadow that was standing still in this moment. But an instant later he started to move, yet it looked as if he was not moving at all: All of a sudden he was simply in another place, the sword having already pierced the first of his invisible opponents. And then he started to swirl about, the sword glistening in the light of dawn like a deadly flame, he stabbed, he thrusted and cut his invisible enemies, dodged their blows, ducked their every attempts, anticipated their moves and instantly ready to kill whenever they showed a sign of weakness.
