Usually takes two people to snipe to start, one head could be the spotter, judging distance and wind differentials, one do the sniping, another watching their back.

depends on the cerb, their existing health and emotional state, amongst other conditions such as the nature of the trauma. Imagine having a third of yourself physically removed from existence, only to have the entire rest of your body experience all the physical and nerve-related shock and damage of having your head disappear.
