Looks like a gluttonous horse got into the bags of decomposing grass clippings and contracted a bad case of bloat!
Poor horse doesn't look like they can last much longer, hopefully someone knows how to treat severe horse bloat before... Well you know how it goes. ;3
Hope all that delicious grass was worth the severe consequences!
