It goes pretty fast... but it basically boils down to me sketching out a bunch of stuff with a 1 pixel brush in PaintShop Pro 7, then picking some colors, and filling everything in thusly. And spending hours and hour adding detail.
Theoretically it's something that could be done in MSPaint, though I wouldn't dare. I like to be able to zoom in really close when I'm working on stuff like this.

this looks like, ummm what was it called again?, its something from stephen king, ummm..................................................... oh yeah, the gunslinger. and that is the gunslinger chasing the man dressed in black. look it up if u dont know what i am talking about. but seriously it looks just like it lol. excelent work dude.
