Here's a badge I did as a part of a art trade with Hokuloa_bp in return for some shots of my gargoyle mask I'd made during my Stan Winston course. This guy is magic with a camera. Anywho, I really enjoyed working on this. It isn't often I get to work on a deer. I really tried hard to get the anatomy right and to get the pose right. Overall I think it came together nicely.

Ahahahahahahaha.. Yeah.. Old $9.99 faucet from Big Lots finally gave out after 22 years. It's twin in the master bath is still going strong.
The funny thing is they have outlasted the more expensive ones I had from Lowes or Home Depot.
Unfortunately, I'll have to replace both of them in the master bathroom to keep things looking "right".

That's funny, I honestly can't say I'm surprised. We've had similar happen with things like hairdryers. We had a old hair dryer that we got at a convenience store we'd had since I was a year old finally give out this year where others that we'd gotten for more just would barely make it a year or 2.
Yeah, that's a bummer, hopefully you'll be able to find something that'll be about as good.

My washer and dryer are older than a lot of the furs I know.
In the same time I've gone through 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher that died and a stove that works but the electronic display is dying and can't be replaced because they don't make them anymore.

Hope they're holding up well. I miss our old Maytag washer and drier that conked out on us. Our new 'efficient' washer's been a real pain in the butt. Takes 20 minutes thinking before it does anything and becomes a wild card when it's time to clean the filter. Never felt so nervous about washing my suit than i had in the past 8 months.
